Located near the MRT Wanlong Station and can be accessed by bus or MRT to NTU within 20 mins.
Room type and fee (No breakfast available):
1. Single Room (Single Occupancy): USD 1,300 per person
2. Twin Room (Double Occupancy): USD 950 per person
● Housing space and room types are limited and not guaranteed.
● Preferences will be met on a first-come, first-served basis, according to your application.
● Room is allocated based on gender.
Shared facilities：
public kitchen, coin laundry, common living room, community bathroom.
What's included in the room：
Desk, chair, bed, mattress, bedding set(sheet, pillow, blanket), drawer chest, hanging rack, curtains, waste bin, a mini-fridge, air conditioner, and WiFi.
★ Participants residing in the 9floor are required to submit a USD 100 deposit upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after the key is returned and the check-out process is successfully completed.
★Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation requests received in writing by April 15, 2025, a full refund will be issued, minus a USD $30 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received from April 16, 2025.
★ No room type change requests will be considered after we have received the application. Please double-check your application before submission.
★ Pure Co-living by 9floor reserves the right to terminate your contract at any time for violating the housing terms and conditions. If your program participation is terminated at any time, your housing eligibility shall be terminated at the same time. No refund will be given for early termination for any reason.
