Eclectic Wellness Group Course Interest Form
Are you interested in receiving more information on the next Eclectic Wellness Online Group Course? This course will follow a 5-week schedule, hosted online through a video/audio platform. Over the course of 5 weeks, you'll learn about the nutrients of food, receive grocery shopping and meal planning tips, practice noticing hunger and fullness cues, make connections about your current food beliefs and eating habits, and more. You'll be in a small group where you'll have the opportunity to communicate (or just take it all in) with others. The goal of this course is to help you build confidence around your food choices while being flexible and informed.

Who is this course for:
Anyone who wants to gain awareness of their personal eating habits, is eager to improve the quality of their food choices, and wishes to promote a flexible eating lifestyle. This course will cover the basics of nutrient education and understanding how one interacts with food - regardless of any additional goals around weight change.

Course Dates: Mondays - August 22nd, 29th, September 5th, 12th, 19th
Time: 7:30pm EST (with options for playback)
Session Length -1 hour

Week 1: Finding your "Why" for change, Beginning to Plan
Week 2: Nutrient Education & Timing - Protein and Vegetables
Week 3: Nutrient Education & Timing - Carbohydrates and Fats
Week 4: Hunger/Fullness Cues, Meal Awareness, Adjusting Your Plan
Week 5: Behavior Awareness and Communication Around Food
