  HOW IT WORKS

Designers should create/sell items inspired by the relevant Zodiac sign at the time of the event. This invitation is for the Aquarius round of Stellar, running Jan 21 - Feb 13. Not sure what to make?   RULES ☽☆

1. FOLLOW THE THEME

Designers are required to create at least one new Astrological/Aquarius-themed item. The new item must be exclusive to Stellar for the duration of the event. In addition to your Stellar premiere, previously released items may be set for sale within booths, should they fit the designated theme.

2. ORIGINAL MESH

All items must be original mesh. No templates or full-perm kits. (We allow commissioned mesh, but it must be your's to use exclusively.)

3. COPYRIGHT

Items must not violate any copyright or trademarks. Any images used in your collections must be original artwork or have proper licensing. Staff may require verification and ask for sources.

4. SALE MECHANISMS

When setting up, you may use your preferred vendor system or rely on standard transactions. Note: Gacha or similar vendors of chance are not permitted. 

5. COLLABORATIONS

Collaborations are permitted but only between brands that have both been invited to the event. However, Premium participants may collaborate with any brand they desire, whether invited by Prism Events or not.  

6. SET UP

When the venue opens for Set Up, booth selection is first come first serve, depending on which package you purchased at RSVP. Once your items are completed and you’re ready to set up, you may select your Standard booth. If you secured a Premium package at RSVP, you can reserve your booth early and set up at your convenience. Closer to the event’s opening, we’ll release more information on how to set up at Stellar.

7. RESPECT DEADLINES

If you haven’t set up at Stellar by Wed, Jan 18, 11:59PM SLT, you may purchase a deadline extension for a fee of L$2,500, giving you an additional 22 hours to complete setup. This extension moves your deadline to Thu, Jan 19, 10PM SLT. If you’re unable to complete setup, your brand will be removed from the event. Stellar will not open with empty booths. (Note: All Premium packages include an extended deadline at no extra cost.)

8. FEES

Participation and extension fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
