What is a Super Block?
A fan-favorite program remade into a fresh BODi Block by your Super Trainers—that’s a Super Block. Get pumped with all-new workouts set to hit music playlists, and keep making progress throughout the month. With 5 workouts a week for 3 weeks followed by an UP week, the Block format gives you the perfect balance of exercise, recovery, and training variation. It’s a healthy routine that works for real life! Start the first Monday of the month or whatever day works best for you.

What are the Barre Blend workouts like?
30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 3 weeks. Elise’s workouts combine elements of strength and interval training and barre to target key zones in your body—especially your booty, legs, and core. During these workouts, you’ll also work on improving your mindset as Elise challenges you to become your strongest self.
At the end of the 3 weeks, Elise will guide you through your UP week (short for unconditional progress) with Barre Blend Flow Motion (an active recovery resistance workout designed to boost muscular endurance) and Barre Blend Hustle & Flow (a workout focused on flexibility, range of motion, balance, and yoga flow).
