REGULAR RENTERS - $20/hr prepaid
This is for long time renters (6 month minimum) that want to use the same time every week for independently ran dance classes/rehearsals.

• Classes/rehearsals are same times/same days of the week.
• Monthly rent is due on the 1st, prior to the month used.
• The rent amount is dictated by how many of your rental days there are in the month (Holidays and dates you do not use are not excluded from the total rent)
• There's a grace period until the 3rd of the month; after that, a $20 late fee will be assessed and you may lose your reserved slot.
• Rent can be paid via: PayPal [info@thedancehouse.com] 3% fee with a OR Venmo [@Dance-House] no fee
• If you want to use additional days outside of your regular use days, the rate is $25/hour.
• 2 weeks notice is required for any changes (time/day), including canceling use of studio.

• Renters need to text Jaami at (619) 322-1015 at least 4 hours prior to each rental for updated studio codes.
• Refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be assessed if you do not use your allotted days, need to cancel, or arrive late. No refunds.

DROP IN RENTERS - $25/hr [1-19 people] $35 [20-39 people]
This is for drop-in renters that want to use the space just for a one time single use for dance class/rehearsal. We also offer a rental package for this type of rental: %10 off for 10 hours rented in one month.

BUSINESS RENTERS - $30/hr
This is for renters that are holding a lesson or meeting for a group of individuals [Includes Use of: Floor, Restrooms, Stereo, 5 tables, 75 chairs, projector and screen] No Alcohol allowed, Food OK

ADVERTISED RENTALS - $25/hour
This is for long time renters that want to use the same time every week for independently ran dance classes/rehearsals, but Dancehouse advertises the classes as well. Rent is due on the 1st and a 2 week deposit is required up front.

RENTAL PARTNERS - $0/hour

This option is for long term teachers that want to partner with The Dancehouse. Rentals are free, and class funds are split 50/50 with Dancehouse (5 student minimum, must apply to be considered)

• Instructor and Studio agree to advertise and promote classes consistently with efficient efforts
• Studio and instructor split all class funds 50/50 and instructor pays no rental fee (must have 5 students min.)

• Two weeks notice for all changes/cancellations

EVENT RENTERS - $50/hr [40+ people]
This is for renters that are holding a small gathering, performance, receptions, or show/event [Includes: Use of Floor, Restrooms, Stereo, Mirrors, Curtains, theatre lights, microphones, 75 chairs, 5 tables, lighting] No Alcohol, Food OK

PARTY RENTALS - $85/hour
[Includes: Use of Floor, Restrooms, Stereo, Mirrors, Curtains, theatre lights, microphones, 75 chairs, 5 tables, lighting, refrigerator, office] Alcohol/Food Okay. Cleaning/Damage Deposit $100 [Returned back the same day, if The Dancehouse is found in same condition, rules are followed, and rental ends on time - see Deposit refund]

• Rental fees are due prior to renting the space, and act as a deposit to hold the time/date.
• Renters pay via Paypal: info@thedancehouse.com 3% fee or Venmo: @Dance-House no fee
• Refunds: 20% charge for cancellation with 2 weeks + notice, 50% charge for 1 week + notice, less than one week notice, no refunds/no credits/no exchanges.
• This is a $100 deposit for all party rentals. (see Section 12 for deposit refund policy)
• Renters need to text Jaami at (619) 322-1015 at least four hours prior to rental for the updated studio codes.

RENTER RULES:

1. NO confetti

3. NO candles, incense, sage, etc

4. NO nails, pins, or duct tape for decorations - painters tape only

5. NO food on stage/platform
