【Guidelines for campaign entry】
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE CAMPAIGN.

■Organizer: Ukiyo
■Entry Period: From August 9 to 31, 2019
■Eligibility to Enter: Entry is only open to non–Japanese nationals aged 20+ who live outside of Japan and will be visiting Japan during the campaign period. Ability to communicate in English or Japanese is necessary.
■Prize: The prize consists of 1 pair of tickets (2 people) for a free dinner and guided tour of Takada
 
【Campaign Terms & Conditions】
■Entry is open only to non–Japanese nationals who live outside of Japan and will be visiting Japan during the campaign period.
■All entries must be submitted through our online application form.
■A winner will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries that have been submitted and received in accordance with these rules.
■A winner will be notified by the organizer by email on September 13, 2019.
■The winner must respond within one week of notification. If the winner fails to respond within this time, he or she will lose the tickets and a new winner will be drawn at random.
■Photographs will be taken at the tour. By taking part in this tour, you grant the tour organizer full rights to use the images. This may include the right to use them in online advertisements, social media, and/or other applications.
■Alternative meals options, such as vegetarian, vegan, and halal, are not available on this tour.
■We will ask for your feedback regarding your experience after the tour.

【Tour Overview】
■Date: Between October 9 and November 9 (Please select your preferred date from this period.) Note: Depending on reservation availability at Ukiyo, there is a possibility that we might not be able to meet your request.
■Meeting Point: In front of the ticket gate at Takada Station
■Duration: About 7 hours
■Language: English
■Sample Timetable:
・Meet in front of the ticket gate at Takada Station（14:00）
・Tour of Takada
[Location: Takada Park, Musashino Sake Brewery, Takahashi Magozaemon Shoten, Sugita Miso Brewery]（14:00–17:00）
・Tour of Ukiyo（17:00–17:30）
・Dinner at Ukiyo（17:30–20:00）

What’s included:
・Guide and English interpreter
・Dinner and drinks for two (one drink per person) in a private room at Ukiyo
・All service charges and taxes

What’s NOT included:
・Transportation costs to Takada Station
・Additional drinks (optional)
・Overnight accommodation fees (optional)
*Last train from Takada to Tokyo departs at 20:35 / Last train from Takada to Kanazawa departs at 21:54
*If you need to stay overnight in Takada, please make a hotel reservation for yourself.
