Beginning June 15, 2024, the University will no longer be able to maintain alumni email accounts. After that date, accounts will be deleted, and no data will be retrievable. 

To minimize the inconvenience of this change, we are providing advanced notice to our alumni so you can save any data associated with your account in Gmail, Google Drive and Google Photos. 

If you are using Harding email as your primary email, you will need to open or use another account. Any online registrations connected to the email address that is being discontinued will need to be updated with an alternate email address. 

All other files stored in Gmail, Google Drive and Google Photos should be transferred to alternative storage providers.
