A Freedom Paws Puppy raiser is a 14-16 month commitment in which you are solely responsible for the puppies well being, food, vet care, socialization, and obedience. Our main job is to raise the pups with good manners, commands that are in the manual you receive, and to prepare them to become future Freedom Paws Assistance Dogs. A puppy raiser is a full time commitment, but the puppies do have public access rights (meaning they can come anywhere with you , within reason) so it makes your job a little easier.
