Thank you for your interest in EMDC's Power Team.  It is important for us at Empowered Movement to know we have incredible dancers on the dance floor but even more important to us is having leaders off the dance floor. As a dancer of EMDC's  Power Team, we expect that each member is: dedicated, time-efficient, demonstrates strong communication skills, team-oriented, passionate and sets an example for our entire company. This type of behavior is exuded on and off the dance floor, before, during and after practices, on social media, respect for all members management and through respect and interaction with other EMDC dancers. We are a competitive dance team and expect our dancers to have a strong yet humble mentality and focus; being a member of Power gives our dancers an opportunity to train at a faster pace,  learn and retain choreography at an advanced level.
It is important for us to have people on our team that represent what EMDC embodies and that is to "Empower lives one step at a time!"
