This is an application for new scholars to the district or scholars who were previously enrolled in the district but left for any given amount of time. Each scholar enrolling must have their own application completed.

This is for the 2024-2025 School Year. 

Please note in addition to the online application, the following items will need to be submitted for final approval: original birth certificate, shot record, most recent report card, previous school behavior report, copy of parent ID, current documentation of IEP/504 (if applicable), legal documents showing proof of guardianship, court custody orders, etc. (if applicable).
