Wedgewood Elem: Extended Day Program Registration Form 2023-2024
The WES Extended Day Program serves students and families to provide affordable before and after school care. Applications are currently being accepted for the 2023-2024 school year. An Extended Day Program Handbook is available online if you would like more detailed information about our program. A registration form must be filled out and registration fee must be paid prior to any students attending the extended day program.
