Discover your path to health and wellness by integrating modern science with ancient wisdom

Discover the Ayurvedic path to wellness with Ayurkula. Our approach combines lifestyle, diet, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you balance your doshas.

  • We host periodic free open to all one-off sessions where we cover topics with important implications on our health often with participation of experts.

We also offer, upon request, both individual and group paid educational sessions to fit your needs.

In these hands-on sessions, unlock the secrets of Ayurveda and modern wellness to make meals that nourish and bring joy. Learn techniques to turn simple ingredients into vibrant, healthy fare for you and your loved ones.

  • Group sessions - Join us to master the art of blending tradition and science in home cooking.  4 weekly online sessions will cover cooking according to  Ayurvedic basics incorporating the six tastes, utilizing seasonal food diversity and regional spices. Limited to 10 participants.
  • Individual sessions focus on a lifestyle audit followed by two bi-weekly one-on-one sessions as requested. These are aimed at understanding your unique doshas*/imbalances and making meals tailored to your needs while tracking lifestyle improvements.

At Ayurkula, we strive to make our services accessible to all. That’s why we offer PWYW (pay-what-you-wish) pricing for direct offerings, both group and individual. Our goal is to build an educational wellness community. All offerings subject to logistics/time.

Whether a beginner or advanced learner, we hope you will light a path for others. Ayurkula.org reflects our goal, as an educational community, of seeding holistic wellness."
