- Group sessions - Join us to master the art of blending tradition and science in home cooking. 4 weekly online sessions will cover cooking according to Ayurvedic basics incorporating the six tastes, utilizing seasonal food diversity and regional spices. Limited to 10 participants.
- Individual sessions focus on a lifestyle audit followed by two bi-weekly one-on-one sessions as requested. These are aimed at understanding your unique doshas*/imbalances and making meals tailored to your needs while tracking lifestyle improvements.
