Voting members of the Association (hereafter referred to as ‘members’) shall be subject to the following conditions:

A.     They shall have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

B.    They shall be living in accordance with the expectations stated in Article II.

C.     They shall have worshiped regularly with the local congregation for a period of at least three months immediately preceding any meeting at which they exercise rights of membership. (An elected pastor does not need to meet the three month attendance requirement.) 

D.    They shall be eighteen years of age or older.

E.     They shall be involved in the local congregation through Christian service and financial stewardship. 

Sec. 2. All persons shall be regarded as voting members of the Association upon their own          declaration of eligibility as defined in Sec. 1. This declaration of eligibility shall be by    means of registering once per fiscal year on the form provided, starting two weeks prior to any business meeting, and including through the start of the business meeting. Registration shall be effective for the fiscal year.
