We are excited that you have chosen Camp Promiseland for your child this summer. Registration is open to everyone, however, due to possible staffing issues, spots may be limited. While our hope is to provide for everyone, we anticipate a waitlist will be necessary. Available spots will be filled / prioritized by currently enrolled families and families enrolling for the 2024 - 2025 school year, and then all others. Registration fee will not be due until your spot has been confirmed. Once the registration fee is billed, payment will be due within five days to secure your spot.
• All accounts must be current to register.
• Ages 6 weeks through completed 5th grade.
• The registration fee is non-refundable unless we cannot provide a space for you child. Billing is available through Brightwheel.
• Class placement is based on the child’s birthday and/or school grade.
• Children attending any class above our Elephant class must be fully toilet trained.
• Camp is Monday-Thursday from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. Optional Extended Care is from 1:00-2:30.
• Once registered, tuition is due for the entire 2024 session, unless other arrangements are made with the director. There are no discounts for days missed, but days may be made up based on availability and 24-hour notice.
• All paperwork must be completed and turned in one week prior to the start of camp.
• Each child will pay a $7 snack fee.
• We will have field trips for the school age children. There will be additional fees for field trips.
• Items to bring each day: backpack with change of clothes, folder, lunchbox, refillable water cup (with lid for all preschoolers). EVERYTHING MUST BE LABELED!
• Items to bring for water days: swimsuit, change of clothes, and towel. EVERYTHING MUST BE LABELED! If your child wears diapers, please send a package of swim diapers the first week of camp.
