MCUCSA Summit:

Reflecting on the Power, Purpose, and Programs of MCUCSA

Witness the brilliance of MCUCSA members through the sharing of stories of high points in our careers. Then, we'll spend some time in small group discussions reflecting on the purpose, relevance, and impact of our network. After a break, we'll then step into a visual activity where we will consider what MCUCSA offers members, what else MCUCSA might offer in the future, and what we need to face or let go to live more fully into our purpose. There will be space for individual reflection before we wrap up with our MCUCSA Summit Anthem and a group photo. Program will be facilitated by Jen Mein.

In the afternoon we will learn about Implicit Bias in Hiring Decisions and receive practical tips to respond. The presentation will be led by Julie Maahs, Assistant Director of Career Readiness at Minnesota State University Moorhead
