WEEK 5  -  Reading logs will be accepted between JULY 6th - July 12th
NOTE:  PLEASE FILL OUT A SEPARATE READING FORM FOR EACH PARTICIPANT!

WINNERS OF PRIZE DRAWINGS will be called on MONDAY, JULY 13th  and announced on social media with the winner's permission.  Prizes can be picked up at the library Monday - Friday 12:00 - 5:45 p.m.

SNACKS will be given out to youth for every reading log they fill out.  Snacks can be picked up Monday-Friday 12:00-5:45 p.m.

GRAB-N-GO BAGS with activities can be picked up at the library on MONDAYS between 12:00 pm and 5:45 pm.  Supplies are limited!
