Meewasin Wildlife Friendly Fencing Volunteering

Meewasin is installing wildlife friendly fencing around the Northeast Swale to allow movement of wildlife in the area, and volunteers are needed to help install vinyl tabs on the fences to help delineate the wires to be visible by wildlife.

You have multiple opportunities to help improve the habitat for wildlife at the Northeast Swale with Meewasin on several days in October (will be some afternoons, early evenings, and potentially a Saturday - all subject to weather)

This is perfect for the people who enjoy spending time outside and being active for the purpose of benefiting local wildlife.
