Application for Ateneo OBF Google Apps for Education Account

As part of the privileges given to students of this institution, an Ateneo OBF Google Apps for Education account will be issued to me as a student of Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and as such, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. This account carries the name of Ateneo de Manila University and its recognized affiliates (“AdMU”); and as such will be used with care that this will not put the university in a bad light.
2. This account will not be used for personal monetary gain (other than any compensation paid by AdMU); nor for the benefit of any person or organization not related to AdMU; nor to interfere with other people's use of any computer system or network; nor to look at or change anyone else's information without their explicit permission; nor to deliberately overuse or waste computing resources.
3. I understand that this account is an authorization to use facilities owned and operated by the AdMU, and therefore that usage of this account is subject to the rules, regulations, and policies of AdMU, and all applicable laws of the Philippines.
4. I will not permit any unauthorized person to use this account for any purpose whatsoever.  I will use all necessary precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of the associated password.  I will be accountable for any and all improper use of this account.
5. I will never use an Ateneo OBF email account belonging to someone else.
6. I will obey copyright laws in all instances.  I will not illegally use, inspect, copy, or store any copyrighted computer software programs or other material.
7. I acknowledge that upon non-completion of my diploma or degree as a student of AdMU, my authorization to use this account will expire; I will no longer be able to use it to access the computing facilities; and all information stored under the account, including, but not limited to, computer files, magnetic tape files, electronic mail, computer programs, and electronic documents will be reassigned to another personnel without notice.
8. This account gives me access to Microsoft Office 365 for personal use, which I have access to until I complete my diploma or degree as a student of AdMU or the termination of my status as a student of the institution. After such time, the school-issued Microsoft Office 365 account/license will be terminated.
9. Assuming I have completed the requirements of my diploma or degree as a student of AdMU, access to my Ateneo OBF Google Apps for Education account will be retained as a privilege for alumni. I will continue to use the account with care and follow policies with regards to the use of this account.
10. I understand that failure to abide by all the above may result in cancellation of my account, other administrative action, and may subject me to civil or criminal liability.
