The deadline for submission is March 23, 2020.
For any late submissions: Your submission will be added on the website based on our editors' times, so it is possible that your poster information will not be included if you submit information after the deadline.

Before you submit a form, you must complete the following:

Registered for the Conference

Posters can be no larger than 36x48 inches (width x height)

Please bring your own poster board. Easels will be provided.

At least one presenter must be at the poster during breaks, lunch, and the afternoon poster session.

Please check in with the poster session coordinator upon arrival.

The poster must be set up by 10:00 AM (start of morning break).
