Please fill out the following request for scholarship. JYAA is dedicated to ensuring all kids have access to sports regardless of their ability to pay.

This process will ensure we don't miss providing assistance to any families in need. We will respond with coupon codes just as soon as we can.

Additionally, JYAA provides $40 discounts to anyone that volunteers providing another opportunity for reduced fees. Coupons will be emailed from jyaa.org@gmail.com.
