TCS is hiring the brightest minds from the MBA batch of 2022 to explore their careers in our Cognitive Business Operations (CBO) division for PAN India requirements. TCS CBO is an integration of Business Process Services and IT Infrastructure Services that helps enterprises reimagine business operations by leveraging Cognitive technologies, Automation, IoT and Cloud while adopting Agile practices.

Qualifications : 2022 Management Post Graduates:

Basic Criteria :-  

1. Candidates with break in career and/or education for more than 2 years are not eligible.
2. Only full time graduation (with 15 years regular education) will be considered - No
correspondence courses / undergraduates
3. Candidates must have cleared their Supplementary or ATKT exams of 1st year or 2nd year
before appearing for the interview
4. Candidates Should be comfortable working in Rotational/Night shifts
5. Candidates who have attended the TCS selection process in the last 6 months (either selectednot-
joined or rejected) will not be eligible.
6. Mobility for short term deputation during projects and long term relocation across India or
overseas.

Education criteria:
1) TCS BPS will only hire students pursuing flagship courses offered by the Institute (2 year Full time
MBA/PG Courses with year of passing as 2022).
2) Non-engineers - Student needs to have 60 % or above in every educational year from class 10th
standard onwards and overall 60% aggregate in all educational year.
3) Candidates with Engineering as UG are not eligible
4) Candidate having Education gap of more than 2 years cannot apply for TCS BPS.
5) Candidates having back-logs in any of their semesters are not eligible to apply for TCS BPS.

Other Criteria

6) Candidates with Specializations –Finance/ Operations/ Marketing/ HR can apply.
7) Candidates should be willing to relocate to any part of India.
8) Candidates should be willing to work in shifts including night shifts.
9) Work Exp: 0 -4 yrs
