I authorize Faith Ev. Lutheran Church, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish such photographs and the name(s) of the individual(s) portrayed in such photographs, at its discretion, in print and/or electronically, including in newspaper articles, press releases, and/or other church/school-related publications relating to various church/school-related activities. I hereby knowingly waive any right to pursue any claims of causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever against the Church including, without limitation, any defamation-related or other tort claims, relating to the taking, use, or publication of such photographs.
