The main purpose of the email list is to receive the weekly newsletter. This includes general club updates, the meeting location, schedule of upcoming trips, trip photos, and some other fun stuff. The other benefit to signing up is getting trip forms sent to your email. If you do not check Discord often, this could be a better option for you. All of the information in the newsletter will also be available in the Discord, this is just a coherent way to put all of the information together in one spot.
