Career Connections Program Application

Students please fill this form out so that your counselor will know which CCP is best for you.

Through a selection process, qualifying students will be placed with a mentor, be required to submit reflections, turn in official paystubs, attend meetings, and obtain evaluations from their supervisor throughout the year. Students are expected to fulfill all of the duties and responsibilities as outlined by their supervisor.

Students employed by family members will not be considered.

Prerequisites for all Career Connections Programs:
2.0 Overall GPA and/or maintain 70% or higher in each class, credit sufficient.

Students work 1 hour a day or 110 hours per semester per hour they have CCP. These hours can be spread out weekly, earned in chunks, during the weekdays, or on weekends. It is the student's responsibility to provide documentation of hours to their CCP Coordinator through either pay stubs or signed time sheets.
