Office of International Affairs (OIA) Summer Fellowship Program introduces Lehigh students to careers in international education. As a full-time fellow, you will rotate between the OIA offices to gain an in-depth insight on each office's functions and explore possible career paths in the field of international education.

Position Description:
OIA Summer Fellows are expected to be actively engaged in person a minimum of 30 hours a week from June 6 through August 19, with a remote independent study the week of July 4.

 - Fellows rotate between OIA offices every 1-2 weeks to receive maximum exposure to various aspects of international education.
 - Fellows participate in current programming, shadow staff, conduct research, and participate in professional development opportunities.
 - Each fellow will be matched with a staff mentor to meet over lunch at least once a week. Lunch is provided.
 - As a capstone project, fellows will propose and run a fall program that will increase OIA’s engagement on campus.

Program benefits:
 - Paid on-campus housing from June 6 through August 19, 2022
 - $4000 stipend
 - Opportunities to continue involvement throughout the school year
 - Funded attendance of Diversity Abroad conference in San Francisco in Oct 2022
 - Funded international experience for Summer 2023
