January - Interviews with staff & acceptances announced
End of January - New Mentor Campout (Mandatory)

March - New Mentor Training Day (Mandatory)

April: New Mentors shadow active teams &
          Meet your Explorers at Parent Info Night

May: First Saturday Challenge

June: First Summer Wilderness Trip

September: New teams begin first official year of Saturday Challenges with Explore Austin
