SHARE Peers' Feedback Form
This form is designed for Princeton community members to share feedback to the SHARE Office staff about experiences with one or more SHARE Peers.  SHARE Peers subscribe to common values, competencies and a code of conduct.  As such, the SHARE staff welcomes any feedback, including affirming feedback, you would like to share regarding your experiences with SHARE Peers. The results of this form are only monitored by SHARE staff, but will be used to follow up with peers individually, if needed, regarding their own professional/educational development and/or membership.  All follow ups with peers will be discussed with sensitivity, but if you have specific requests of us regarding follow up, please share them below.  While we recognize this form is likely to be used to record or report challenging experiences with a SHARE Peer to supervising staff, we are also open to receiving and sharing positive feedback as well.
