2022-2023 Language Other Than English Survey for current 7th graders

Instructions
HSI middle school students will be taking foreign language classes. Students must choose the same foreign language class they would like to be enrolled in for middle and high school according to their preferences. Each class has limited space and therefore will be awarded to students on a first come first serve basis. It is not guaranteed that each student will get into their first choice LOTE (language other than English) class. It is mandatory that you complete the 2nd and 3rd choice questions. Any student who fails to fill in the 2nd and 3rd choice for LOTE will automatically be placed into a default LOTE class. Additionally, Students who choose the same foreign language as there first, second, and third choice will be placed into a default language course. Any student that does not complete the LOTE survey will be placed into a LOTE class according to availability. Additionally, Spanish speaking students will not be placed into Spanish Non-Native.
