We are asking players to complete this initial sign-up form by June 7, 2024 to confirm their participation in the 10,000 shot club. Reminders will be sent at the end of each month asking for a monthly update to be submitted via an online form. 2nd-3rd grade only has to achieve 5,000 shots to complete the program.
All shots need to be recorded and submitted online by November 15, 2024.
Players completing the 5K/10K shot club will be recognized at a Rebel Varsity basketball game and awarded a custom designed t-shirt.
