Summer Program 2024 Registration Form
PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THE PROGRAM DEPOSIT

This form is MANDATORY to complete. If you are unable to complete online you will be given a paper copy upon arrival to fill out. Please remember, ALL final payments are DUE 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. Imaginarium staff will reach out to you via phone call to get your payment, or you may give us a call or stop by any time during normal business hours.

NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS of deposits will be given for any reason. Imaginarium blocks off a certain number of camper spots for each camp and purchases materials for that number of campers in advance- deposits go toward covering camp materials and holding your camper's spot to attend.  If you need to cancel a camp and you have already paid IN FULL Imaginarium will refund all monies paid EXCEPT the deposit ONLY if the cancellation has been made 10 days prior to the start of the camp. Cancellations made less than ten days prior to the start of camp will receive NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS of sale (meaning, the money will not be applied to a gift card, open play, punch pass, etc.). If you are unable to make a camp that you have paid for and would like to see if your child could attend another camp at Imaginarium this summer please reach out and our staff will assist you with any openings that we may have available.  There are NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS of sale if your child misses any of the camp days.
