MakerMods Commission Agreement
Thanks for your interest in having Ben mod/build your next keyboard! Here's are the basic CYA's and info that you're probably wondering about.


For some housekeeping: If you would like Ben to provide lube and film, prices are as follows:

Lube only (no film) with Trybosis 3203, 3204, or Krytox 205g0 - $.40/switch
Lube and film with Deskeys film - $.50/switch
Film only - ... why? KEKW

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. You're responsible for shipping your board to/from Makermods, and you hereby agree to have your build featured on stream by Makermods. *

2. Unless previously agreed upon, you are responsible for all materials needed for your build/mod. This includes switches, lube, stabs, films, etc. *

3. If lube is needed, I understand the pricing per switch. *

4. Upon receipt of your build, I will conduct a visual inspection and inventory regarding any possible pre-existing damage or damage incurred during transit. MakerMods is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the shipping process. PLEASE SHIP YOUR BOARD SECURELY. I will ship your board in the same container/receptacle that I received it in, and if I think it was not securely shipped then I will re-pack and have to bill you for materials; let's avoid the awkward convo and pls pack securely! :) *

5. RETURN SHIPPING: as mentioned above, I will ship your board in the same box in which it was received. When I am ready to return ship, I will reach out to you regarding rates and insurance. MakerMods is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred from return shipping, and if you choose to waive insurance or signature confirmation, you do so at your own risk. *

PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM ON EITHER DISCORD (Makermods#8008) OR INSTAGRAM (MakerMods). I need to know that you have successfully completed the form to work out itinerary and scheduling. Failure to do so will result in delay and possible rejection of your commission! *
Last, I understand that Ben reserves the right to reject any commission or build due to possible scheduling conflicts, undisclosed damage or other issues. This right is reserved even if the board is currently in transit, or upon receipt. If you are open and not sus, this will never happen if humanly possible! Just don't be sus please and understand that this is a labor of love for me; I do have a full time job and a family. Thanks for the support and understanding! *
