This is a simulation of a webform which will create and embed as metadata the appropriate SafeCast HeadCode in your video to enable it to be automatically filtered away from children and vulnerable people who could be harmed by seeing it (Prior to seeing this form or while this form is being displayed your video will be uploading to the video sharing provider (VSP) service that you are using e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Twitch etc)

In this demonstrator we record your email address so that you are sent a copy of how you responded. We will never abuse the trust you put in us. We promise that nobody else will have access to your data
