THINK TANK FORM
The think tank concept can be defined as a body of experts that provide advice and ideas on specific topics.  The intent of the Think Tank Form is not to create policy but to offer opportunities for you—our subject matter experts—to better inform the Fire Chief and other policy makers with the decision-making process.

Please use this form to communicate your perspectives, concerns, and offer diverse solutions to better the Department.  Feel free to address initial areas of focus including:
  • Workload relief strategies
  • Staffing and hiring challenges
  • Firefighter safety, health, and well-being principles
  • Department policies and procedures modifications
  • Incident dispatch and response enhancements
  • Improving work environment and morale
  • Increasing operation effectiveness

The Planning Section will review, manage, and organize the submissions for potential design and implementation of your new ideas and solutions. The Fire Chief's goal is to address and share the common trends, ideas, issues, and solutions with regular video message responses on the Fire Chief page.
