If you are registering several teachers, please submit one form per person, or make of
copy of this google sheet, add your teachers, then send the link to the completed sheet to Lisa Lamb at Lisa.Lamb@sdsu.edu. Contact Lisa for help with registration. You can
pay for multiple attendees at one time. If you are paying by credit card, the credit card link is below and will be provided again after you submit your form.
