Urban Tree Application
Mason Conservation District has the opportunity to provide a limited number of trees to residents living in the City of Shelton this winter. This event is part of an Urban Tree Program promoting tree plantings in the city to help reduce stormwater flows and decrease pollution entering Goldsborough or Shelton Creeks.

The District will provide an email for an urban tree to the first 20 approved applications.  Residents will choose their tree from a pre-determined selection and plant according to the Participation Guidelines.  There will be a “no contact” tree pick up event at the Mason Conservation District’s office; dates and times for the event will be provided with email notification.

Applications will be accepted until all trees have been issued, not to exceed March 31, 2022.  Trees must be planted by April 30, 2022. Please pass this information on to your neighbors.
