REQUEST FOR STAKEHOLDER INPUT
Please respond to the questions below regarding our School Improvement Plan areas of focus for this year.
Four Areas of Focus:
1 - Positive culture and environment specifically relating to teacher retention and recruitment. Measurable outcome - Improve teacher retention by 10%
2 - Instructional practice specifically relating to instructional coaching/professional learning. Measurable outcome - Improve student learning gains from 0% to 10%.
3 - Student achievement specific to the subgroup of students with disabilities. Measurable outcome - Reduce unsubstantiated referrals from 25% to 10%.
4 - Student outcomes specifically relating to graduation. Measurable outcome - Increase graduation rate from 13% to 67% for the 2023-24 school year.
