Please complete the following Chromebook Request Form only if you do not currently have a UGDSB device at home. We will be prioritizing one device per family to start in January.  We will attempt to fulfill all requests, however our school currently has less than 30 Chromebooks available.

Devices will be available for pick up on Monday.  You will be contacted by school staff to arrange a pick up time. Please watch the school and Board websites for more information, as well as your email.
