Academy Choir: LA - Application Information (Please read!)

Applications:
Auditions for Academy Choir: LA are accepted on a rolling basis. In order to participate in our spring concert (June 2024), you must submit your application by January 15th, 2024. Applications received after that date will be considered for entry into our winter semester beginning September 2024.

You will be notified of your application status via email within three weeks of submission.

Membership Fees:
All accepted singers are asked to pay a sliding scale membership fee of $1,500.00–$1,750.00 covering October 1, 2023 - June 16, 2024. This payment can be made upfront or in monthly installments throughout the year. Members who join after October 2023 will have their membership fees prorated for the remainder of the year.

Financial aid is available (please make sure to indicate that you would like to be considered for financial aid on your application above).

Rehearsals:
Academy Choir: LA rehearses from 1:30–3:30pm on Sundays in Sherman Oaks. Each member is allowed a set number of excused absences per semester (more info will be sent to accepted singers).

Final Showcase:
Our final showcase of the year is scheduled for Sunday, June 16th at 2pm. Please confirm that you are available for this performance.
