Welcome to the EPAS Foster Program! This orientation is primarily geared toward physically healthy large dogs in need of a shelter break, but sometimes we might need of fosters for small dogs, dogs with special needs and etc. If you are interested in small breed or medical dogs specifically, please email epasfoster@elpasotexas.gov and voice your interest.

This online orientation is comprised of 9 sections and should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
