GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING THIS FORM
1. Required questions are indicated denoted with an asterisk*. You will not be able to submit your form until you have entered information in each of these fields.

3. If you have submitted your form properly, you will receive an email confirming your submission.
4. Please do not proceed with payment at the bottom of this webpage until you have clicked SUBMIT on the form.
5. PLEASE NOTE that payment of submission fees is due on submission and that this is a separate process. Please use the PayPal button on our website or send funds via paypal directly to cashier@sfcinematheque.org.

Sequencing (original language/English of vice versa) is 100% up to the submitting party.

List all filmmaker names as they should be credited. Note that this can differ from the Entrant Name above. Proper names, multiple names, collective names, pseudonyms, arcane symbols, unconventional spellings, etc are all fine.

If necessary in these cases, documentation can be to festival@sfcinematheque.org. Please make it very clear in your email which submission the material is relevant to.
Premiere Status
Note that a works premiere status or exhibition history shall have no bearing on the selection process. We're also aware that the premiere status of the work may change subsequent to submission (i.e. it may screen elsewhere before CROSSROADS 2021). We'll double check this with makers before we go live with anything. Don't worry.
