Have a skill you want to monetize at your campus? Want to start a side-hussle that allows you to use what you do best and also works with your hectic, UCLA-schedule? Well, we want that for you too!

Hi, we're Hussle, a college-exclusive app where you can buy and sell services ("Gigs") with others in your campus community. If you answered "Yes" to either of the questions above, then we want to put an offer on the table: We want to help you get your business started. That's right, no more excuses. Let's get that entrepreneurship-spirit fired up, you know it'll be worth it. And hey, we'll be your accountability-buddy. 

Our Customer Success Team has met with and supported over 40 student-business owners at UCLA. So we know that starting your own business can be an intimidating and challenging feat, but our team is here to walk with you every step of the way. 

This means that you get our research-backed tips for targeting your market audience, validating your business, developing a business and marketing plan, managing customer relations, and more! The best part: We'll keep you in our close-knit network of top-ranking Husslers (which means we'll always be a text or an email away for further consultations). Our goal? Overall, to provide you with individualized support tailored specifically to your business, all through the end of Fall Quarter 2022.
 
Apply for our first-ever Start your Own Side-Hussle Program (the "SYOSH" Program; goofy, we know...) to learn the fundamentals of running a small business as a college student. With the guidance and collaboration of our Customer Success Team, you will work closely to:
  • Set up and grow your business on Hussle;
  • Determine and implement efficient processes to manage orders and keep track of your sales;
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with your customers;
As an additional perk, our Marketing Team will provide you with advertising opportunities and work closely with you to create content and promote your business on our various platforms and Newsletter. 

We’ll be choosing 5 passionate individuals to work with during Fall Quarter. Tell us your entrepreneurship story, share your passion, and explain your “why” through this application to be considered for this exclusive opportunity with Hussle!

By signing up, we expect that you are committed to working (part-time) on your business through to the end of Fall Quarter 2022. 

The deadline to apply is 9/18 at 11:59pm. We’ll be announcing selected candidates by 9/19 (Monday of Week 0).
