Dear all,

the Countdown is on and the Retreat is almost around the corner. With sending out the first survey a couple of weeks ago, we already got an idea of how many Camundos will be joining our island trip. As there are quite a lot of travel arrangements to be done, we do need final commitment and information now, which we want to collect with this form.

We know that the pandemic is not over yet and plans might still change last minute, but we continue to plan with optimism to make this Camunda Company Retreat happen :)

My arrival flight on September 28 will be *

Berlin: BER – ZAD (TB 9220 – dep. BER 10:30am – arr. ZAD 12:20pm) – Arranged centrally by People Experience. No need for you to make booking arrangements

Overseas/Europe via Frankfurt: FRA - SPU (OU413 – dep. FRA 12:05pm – arr. SPU 1:45pm) – You need to research your own best connection to FRA and book all flights yourself

UK/Overseas via Gatwick: LGW - SPU (EZY8395 – dep. LGW 08:20am – arr. SPU 11:50am) – This is the only direct flight connection from the UK. You need to research your own best connection to LGW and book all flights yourself.

Other: Arriving from elsewhere or already in Croatia. You need to research your own best connection and book all flights yourself. You have to make sure that you are in Sibenik on time to catch one of the ferries

Based on the flight connections mentioned above, there are pre-arranged coaches from the airports to Sibenik. If you cannot make it on any of these coaches, you need to make your own travel arrangements to arrive on time in Sibenik to catch one of the ferries to the island. I will be on the following coach from the airport to the ferry *

leaving ZAD airport at 01:30pm

leaving SPU airport at 01:00pm

leaving SPU airport at 03:00pm

own arrangements (you have to make sure to you are in Sibenik on time to catch one of the ferries)

Departure on October 1st: I will be on the following flight back home *

back to BER on CamundAIR - TB 9550 - dep. ZAD 06:00pm – arr. BER 07:50pm

I will be on another flight. - You need to research your own best connection and book all flights yourself

There will be two pre-arranged airport coaches from Sibenik to the airports of Zadar (ZAD) and Split (SPU). If you do not book yourself on either of these coaches, you have to make your own travel arrangements to get to the airport. Both coaches will travel for approx. 1 hour. *
