LET’S DIVE INTO THE VIBE-RISTA JOB DETAILSAs a vibe-rista you will be responsible for helping customers and our members get the coffee they love, the community they want and the productivity they need. You will need to bring an attitude that promotes high quality customer service and creates an environment that our customers and members regard as an essential part of their Blue Bean experience.
- From hello to goodbye: Always friendly, always upbeat, always with a smile, always providing an outstanding Blue Bean Experience to all our customers, members and guests.
- Prepare & serve handcrafted coffee beverages.
- Prepare & Serve fresh baked pastries and our signature toasts.
- Always offering a concierge experience.
- Making logistics easy for our members and guests.
- Meeting/conference spaces setup and assistance.
- Keeping space tidy throughout the day.
- Perform opening and/or closing procedures.
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments and procedures.
- Actively manage the checklists that effectively maintain a clean, organized and appropriately stocked work area.
- Assist in the proper handling and maintenance of all equipment.
- Assist in inventory procedures.
- Follow health and safety standards.
- Be an ambassador of Blue Bean’s coffee, community and productivity standards.

- Has service industry or retail experience.

IT'S AWESOME (BUT NOT REQUIRED) IF YOU:- Are experienced in pulling shots and steaming milk 😎.
- Can rock some amazing latte art ☕.
- Have a food handlers license.
- Are looking for something long term in the coffee/cowork industry and hope for advancement here!
