Early Bird SOLD OUT - Regular prices are available now

The camp will take place in Borovets Resort Bulgaria In hotel Flora 4* from 7th till 10th of April 2022. Information about the exact hours of the workshops, parties and everything will be available at the registration check-in at the hotel. By completing the registration form you reserve your place and level. Within two days you will receive an email with detailed information and payment procedure.
- After receiving the email you will have 7 days to pay the organizational fee (50% from pass you chose), otherwise the reservation will be considered invalid. This amount is non-refundable under no circumstance!
- The remaining amount of the pass price must be paid until 15th Mart 2022. Not showing for the event or not paying the remaining amount in time - means that you will lose your pass!

Changing the any data or name of an already registered person is possible after paying the correction fee of €10.
Every participant has to fill in the registration form even if your name is filled as a roommate.

IMPORTANT NOTE
The current global situation makes organizing such an event extremely risky and difficult for us. However, we really love the boogie and that’s why there will be a Boogie Madness Superhero Edition this year! We hope that everything will be fine and the event will run normally, like always! However, we want to note once again here:

We are taking the situation seriously and will try to get every necessary actions to make the event as safe as possible for everyone! We will try to follow all COVID-19 measures required by Bulgarian government. Every participant of the event MUST have and show a valid green pass certificate on the registration desk. Have in mind that the regulations might change any time, which may affect safety requirements of the event.

In case that it is impossible to hold the event due to circumstances beyond our control, it would not be possible to refund the full amount of the price you paid for your pass. You would have to choose between these options:

- Enroll for the next year’s spring event (spring 2023)
- Free of fees for transfer of your pass to another person for the next years spring event (spring 2023)
- Partial refund – we will have to keep 50% of the total amount that will be already spent on fees and organization of the event
