Please complete this survey to choose if you would like to have your child(ren) continue Distance Learning or to have your child(ren) join At School Learning.

*Distance Learning is learning at home 5-days-a-week using an iPad or Chromebook to access live sessions and other materials provided by our teachers.

*At School Learning is learning at the school building 5-days-a-week for the whole school day. While at school, students will wear a mask, practice social distancing, and follow all CDC and school guidelines.
