6 Question Interest Survey for the Exceptional Families Program

The Coronado Community Foundation, in collaboration with Camp Able, experts from Rady’s Children's Hospital, Coronado Library, Sacred Heart Exceptional Families, and additional community partners such as members of the United States Navy, is exploring the development of no-cost programs for families who have family members with special needs. In Coronado, there are very few outlets for these families to access stimulating engagement programs or respite services for family caregivers. 

Our objective is to offer no-cost programs throughout the year and would love your feedback to more accurately design our upcoming programs. We would appreciate it if you please take a moment to complete this survey. Unless you contact us, we will only send you information upon program announcement.
