Registration Form - Study & Play program
Please, complete the form below to register for FUNDAY's Study and Play  program.
The program starts on September 8th through November 20th (we will extend the program after the Thanksgiving Holiday if necessary).
We will follow up on this inquiry with a call to confirm your spot and to request payment.
We are asking participants to commit on a weekly basis - participants will be automatically re-enrolled at the end of each week, unless you choose to cancel.
Registration will be confirmed on a first-come first-serve basis.
We limit the program to a maximum capacity of 12 kids per session.
Make-up days will depend on availability.
No refunds will be available.
Credit, if applicable, can be used towards play time.
10% sibling discount available in this program.
