A deposit of $500 USD is required to secure your spot. Deposits are nonrefundable unless discussed prior to cancelation, and/or if the government changes regulations and we are not able to run the expedition, or if the expedition is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, 100% is refunded.

*If you need to reschedule for another date, your deposit/payment can be moved to a different date (if Cassie can fill your original spot).

A second payment of $725 will be due March 1, 2022

The final payment of $725 will need to be paid by May 1, 2022

If your booking date is after one of the payment's due dates, either the full payment is needed at time of booking, or the first and second payment will be needed to book. Payment plans can also be worked out with Cassie.

Cancelations will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel, and Cassie (or you) is able to fill your spot, you will get a full refund minus the deposit. If Cassie is only able to fill your spot at a discounted rate due to a last minute cancellation, you will get the remainder of the payment back. If you need to cancel and Cassie is unable to fill your spot, you will be unable to receive a refund. If the expedition is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will get a full refund.

There may be requirements specific to COVID testing in order to travel internationally. As soon as these regulations are available, Cassie will update you immediately. Prior to the expedition, it is possible there will be a waiver to fill out regarding understanding the risk of COVID-19.

You will be required to fill out a liability release and a medical information form before your expedition.

You will receive a general packing list prior to your expedition to help you remember what to bring!
