Code of Conduct for Arts Ballet Students and Families: Required Form for Participation

CHARACTER LIVES HERE! Practicing values builds character in our dancers just as practicing dance builds skill.

At Arts Ballet Academy, we are committed to providing a welcoming, safe and nurturing environment for all students and families.

Ballet, by its very nature, is a disciplined and poised art form. In order to create an environment that is safe and fun for our students to grow in this art; every student, parent, family member, and caregiver is expected to follow all regulations and behave in a disciplined, responsible and courteous fashion.

All students/families must digitally sign this agreement before participating in Arts Ballet Academy activities, and it applies to all classes, events, performances, or groups.
