Hello Huskies Fans!!

This form should be completed for all spring sports. It will only need to be done once that will cover the entire season.  You do not have to attend every event and additional spectators can be added at the events as well by using the QR code posted at the venue.  

Recent updated guidance from MDH and the MSHSL requires all outdoor spectators to wear face coverings, maintain 12 feet of distance from participants, and register with name, email and/or phone number.

Guidance for Outdoor Spring Activities:
Spectators will be allowed at home and away events across the Granite Ridge Conference.
Spectators will not be required to purchase tickets at any home in events.  However, they will be asked to fill out this form so we are able to meet guidance requirements and spectator limitations.  **Some schools may charge an entry fee for their home event**
